Osamu Uemachi (上町 修)Yoshie's son, and a lawyer at Shiro's firm. Like Yoshie he is proficient in bankrupty law and also in civil rehabilitation law. However when he is in charge of a murder case later on, he becomes enthusiastic about criminal cases. He's married to Haruna, who is a housewife, and has two children.
