Tiffan Delacroix (ティファン・ドラクロワ)Birthplace: EarthBirthday: September 1, 509 S.D. A soldier who played a part in the war between the federation and a Kronos rebel faction in the 530s (S.D.). While he often cautions his superior, Emmerson, against going through with some of his more brash ideas, Delacroix is always ready to back whatever decision he makes.
