Over Justice Director-General (オーバージャスティス本部長)The Director General of Space Patrol's Ogikubo branch. He has a strong sense of justice, to the point that his many catchphrases include the word "Justice." Although he talks big, he acts little, often relying on other characters, especially his secretary. He also jumps to conclusions, as seen when he repeatedly arrests and frees Luluco in the first episode.He is almost always seen sitting at his desk and gesturing with his extended index and middle fingers in the shape of a gun. His skeletal body constantly burns with a purple flame, which appears to be a manifestation of his sense of justice. Voice Actors
