Kyoushirou Jimon (地紋 京志郎)Asuta's father who is the Governor of Tokyo and the main antagonist. He has been keeping a close watch on the activities of Zvezda and uses military force to stop them. He is on a quest to annex all of Japan to become part of Tokyo so that he could rule all of Japan.
