Anime Relations: Fuxing Ba Jie

Is it possible to dislike and like an anime at the same time? I've been watching lucky star and it has it's good moments, and I can't stop watching it for some reason. Though I don't find it to be great anime all things considered. It's just something nice to have on in the background. I find there's very few anime I find to be excellent.

Anyone else feel like this about lucky star? Or any anime really?
