Anime Relations: Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru
I recently watched Run with the wind. there are so many lessons that anime teaches you but hopefully the lessons this anime taught me stays with me forever. I was a very competitive person with a very high GPA, trying to get into the best universities, I was always competing. Not because I loved it but I thought winning was everything. I thought winning and success get me happiness and kept doing things I didn't like. However, this anime asks you what does it mean to run? what does It mean to run our life? This anime taught me that winning is not everything. Haiji also taught me that success is not the only thing that is important; while trying to achieve it is important to have fun and value the people and experiences that take there. it is important to give everything while you are at it. He taught me that hard work is not the only key component consistency and experience are crucial too. Shindo taught me to have a soul of titanium. if something is important, do everything to achieve it. King taught me to enjoy life and minimize regrets. Nico taught me to grab opportunities that you think will make you happy. Prince taught me that be proud of who you are and do not judge others. Musa taught me to keep my cool and understand why people say the things they say. Kakeru taught me that embrace positive change with open arms and seek what is important to you and let go of your past. Yuki taught me to not to drop something instantly. you might like it in the end.
Joji and Jota taught me not to be a dumbass! fuji taught me that while chasing your dream even if you succeeded but lost yourself in the process, you truly failed.

why do i want a great GPA? because i want to believe i am good because numbers tell me. why do i want to attend MIT? because i think that will make me look good. why do i want to have a high paying job? because it will make me look good.

but now i want to have fun as i run. I want to go to classes to truly learn. yes i might not have that great of a GPA anymore, i might not get into the best university, i might not get a 6 figure job right off the bat but i will have fun as i run and eventually as i am having fun like issiki said. you can never beat someone who is having fun at life or work.

To anyone who is getting burnout from life. remember that you have one life and live it in a way that you will regret the least. yes sometimes doing what you love might mean less job security and that will lead to unhappiness, but by having security and suffering are you truly happy?
