In the world of anime you will take notice of a few things. Not only has some characters dress the same but act the same. We all seen short spiky haired characters. Some hot headed, others clueless and mainly some that are just plain unlucky.Another cliche' is shrine maidens or extremely horny girls. Okay i get it...your a whore and because I'm the main character you want to sleep with me. Or they are so innocent. I know some of these qualities are good for anime. I mean it's what we watchers adored and looked forward too every episode or we wouldn't be watching anime. Yet the strecthing point is that now that i am older i look for more unique and creative artwork and storylines. Sometimes i can deal with a unlucky and short haired character aslong as the story shows originality. Thats why i been looking at the old school more. Outlaw star and Tenchi. These anime have nothing in common. Unless you were judging from the networks these shows both aired. Maybe I'm just troubled that i have been seeing more of the same thing lately. Although that is true cliche's have brought us to love anime. All i'm saying is bring more creativity!!!!
