So, I'm wondering what's the point in continuing something if there's not a lot of interest in what you're doing. for instance, there's this one show that I work on that has 2 other groups working with it. the one group is noticably full of errors - even to people who don't know japanese, the other isn't as well translated as it could be, leaving some difficult situations hard to understand, and ours which is PAINFULLY slow in comparison, but we go through a LOT to make sure it's as accurate as possible to what the light novel writer had, any previous releases have, or anything else we can find that's official-ish. But the end result has us with so very few downloads for any releases we do compared to our first 2-3 eps, almost no feedback on MAL (2/3 positive feedbacks, and one of those comments i think might have been mine when i clicked something - but only the one bad comment was along the lines of "just say NO subs hurt my eyes"), and just... i dunno... it doesn't feel like there's enough support for us to make me want to continue. Although we will continue, i'm just not feeling the motivation to do so. like, why bother working SO F'ING HARD for something that's really not appreciated at all. Is speed really what people want? do they not care if things are not correct?

ugh, i think i'd much rather get our other show done first, especially since that one is very appreciated.
