My personal ratings
10 - my absolute favorites, I could rewatch them many times without it getting boring
9 - great, I really enjoy watching/reading these
basically everything with a 9 or 10 rating are really good, I just like some more than others (they may have some flaws but I still really like them)
8 - a very good anime/manga, enjoyable
7 - above standard, good but something is missing
6 - standard, nice but nothing special
5 - watchable/readable, but not necessary
I usually don't rate anything below 5, only if I don't like it at all
4 - hard to watch/read
3-2 - nothing good about it at all
1 - you should never read/watch this, just horrible
