Anime Relations: Sakura Quest
Getting that fulfilling dream job, and sometimes any job, isn’t easy. Sakura Quest did a good job with the character discovering what is important when it comes to work and discovering your dream. Through its cast of characters, it also speaks to feeling out of place in your own community, dealing with family issues and disputes, coming to terms with past mistakes, and even finding that hidden bit of family history that is the seed of their beginning. It also speaks to the fear in small towns of withering away as they lose their youth to bigger cities and how they need to grow and move forward with the times without losing its history.

The songs in the Sakura Quest OST are named after flowers. Each with their meaning and each song relatable to the anime. The flower of the first ending song "Freesia" means friendship, innocence, thoughtfulness, trust and sweetness. It's really perfect for this show.

Freesia by (K)NoW_NAME

“We meet. We part ways. We grow close, lending each other strength. Sometimes we fight, but there's something I want to tell you. You've always been with me And I want to do the same for you”

“So let's walk on to where the rain has lifted, beyond the rainbow. NO matter how hilly the road is, it will lead us to the light. Even if the answer changes its shape...”

“The reliable person I always imagined becoming is right here even if I'm still fumbling for my dream, I know I'm moving forward I can always feel you close beside me I can finally stand here and say, "I'm home."
