Where can I buy reasonably priced english manga online?

Hello everyone!!
I'd like to buy some more english manga for my collection but I'm somewhat fed up with buying them from amazon... Since amazon always sends english manga from the USA and I myself live in Germany, I always have to pay heaps of shipping fees and on top of that it takes forever for the manga to arrive. Very annoying. So my question now is, does anyone know a good online shop where I could buy english manga which are then being sent from somewhere within Europe (perhaps from the UK)?
By the way, the manga I'm looking to buy are some of the newer volumes of One Piece, so we're not talking about some indie manga here.
