Nice n short
Haven't been watching too much lately. Mostly American movies, like last night I finished Unknown. Fun actionmysterythriller with Liam Neeson.
I did actually start AnoHana, only the first episode but I like it so far.
Those delusionalpsychotic characters always get me.

Oh yeah, my neck is really bothering me. Can do my routine no problem but I must've twisted something today. -_-

Albeit I'm only halfway through before I took a break, but I can say I don't get it at all.
Honestly I stopped 20 minutes in to do something else, forgot where I was when I came back to it, fast forwarded through all the things I had just watched yet didn't remember at all.
In short, disappointed. I have another 49 minutes to watch which I will dutifully finish before watching any other piece of film. It just seems to go off on tangents all the time. Like, ok there's some sort of spire, and there's universes they're talking to, and none of it seems to have anything to do with a guyfriends and a girl that just started dating one guy as they all went out to some machine shop to work on futuristic engines? You've lost me...
Perhaps It's just that I've been drip fed storylines from the simplistic programming that's on these days, or they just had no desire to help the viewer make sense of it in the first viewing, or even it may be one of those movies for art's sake, which are cool in concept, but if it doesn't make sense to most people, isn't it just masturbating? Self-satisfaction for no useful purpose.
Guess I'll do some curls, pushups, then try to finish this thing.

Confused

Finished Kaichō, very enjoyable. Watched a couple episodes of Hanamaru, bout as much as I can take per week lol. Tried out showing Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni to a friend who's super into horror movies, first episode was mostly disappointing but she laughed a few times. Has been quite a long time since I watched those, forgot how slowly it goes, but id does have to set the scene and all.

Decided I need to prune down my huge archive of stuff, decided to watch one of the movies instead of starting on the much longer road of finishing a series. Settled on The Place Promised in our Early Days. One of my favourite movies is 5 centimeters, and this one has a similar feel and art style, so it appealed to me.

Friends were planning a beach party today, but as it's raining so much it seems pretty unlikely. Sad times.

Anime Relations: Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
I'm aaaaalmost done with Kaicho, it almost has similarities to Community, which actually started airing 2009, so maybe they stole a couple ideas, but some other show has probably done the break episode style where they change all environments and the characters get different attributes, but retain their essence. Although Kaicho only did it a couple times and Community has several examples.
Anyway, what'll I watch after it if I ever finish...
Should finish Bakuman, later....
Probably go with Hanamaru Yochien, but it's just a wee bit too cute. Cavity style.
Actually Nodame Cantabile would be fun. I rather enjoyed the first episode, not sure why I didn't continue it, especially being into music as much as I am.
