Anime Relations: Asura Cryin' 2
OMG, THAT WAS AWESOME! Fuck what those guy say in the public forums, that episode was so epic, that the .mkv practically ripped up. I just knew that Aki's necklace was going to make some kind of entrance at the end of the show. I srsly didn't expect Tomo's friend was going to go out with that one ice demon (kinda freaky...) Overall I give it a 10/10!!! =D ENGETSU!!!

I decided to transition all of my anime blogs and rants to MAL's blog page.

I have a friend who usually is into anime that contains action, gore, and anything eye candy. I just finished Dragonaut (which got poor rating from MAL watchers-but nowadays, I can't trust comments from MAL anymore since all they do is flame 'em.) as well as almost finished Bakemonogatari. Told my friend that I was watching Bakemonogatari and he told me to not expect much action.

Now brought up the point in my head...do we REALLY need to resort to just use only fetishes in anime nowadays to have a good anime? I mean we already have people that are obsessed with loli fetishes in anime/manga, and that, alone, will put you in jail irl. (It annoys me by hearing that one of my other friends is into those kinda of things, jeez...)

Comedy and ecchi/comedy, I can see is another kind of catchy anime genre, but aren't there any other kinds that should be brought more into light? Higurashi/Umineko no Naku Koro ni, and Shaft's anime (zetsubou sensei, ef, bakemonogatari,) were very original in their standards and caught on a lot of people. Something like that would be great.

I've also noticed that a lot of anime derived from PC games were made well. Fine line there, it's either using a popular fetish everyone was using or something original.

But really...anime need more effort and I'm not just putting them down. I'm talking about how they plan. I wouldn't announce that I'm having an anime a certain date when it's not even done. Slow and steady, man. Oh and the fansubs are part of this rant too.
