Anime Relations: Shinsekai yori
After watching this anime i had to express my head space, im most likely to make a review soon but for now this.
What the hell was the director thinking when he made this it was a complete mess at times and there were some bits that made no sense to me at all such as the bit with shun and saki in shuns twisted distorted head space place why and what was happening there. and then there was the death of subaru, he was the second greatest character and then they killed of shun my favoriute character but was acting gay for his friend who loved him then that friend ended up marring the gurl he liked but never confessed to till he was about to die. Then he comes back to life and starts speaking to her than just dissaperas like whaaaaaaa.
Then there mamoru and maria, they dissapeared from the village and ended up dying after having a child but you never find out how they die actually you dont find out if they actually ever died and then theres the kid which they concived who thinks its a queerat oops i mean inverted human fuck that was a big plot twist right at the end of the anime. there are so many things that make no sense in this anime it has so much wasted potetnial almost as much as the gargantua anime (sorry if i spelled this wrong).
but there so much they did right which i wont lie about such as when they find out the truth abput the ancient civilization where the modern japan showed at the start was ancient japan and for some reason they stored there information on unicorn plushies. im probably contradicting myself here but i did like how there answered young shuns question right at the end and the twisted truth about the queerats was nice even though i had my suspicions from earlier on in the anime
im not a fan of saki-chan though i know that a female lead matches the anime espically from the cover picture(that did not look like squealer also what was with that hut i feel like it was important somehw but im pulling a blank) but i hate her personality especilly with her whole i must save every living soul talk which she contradicts herself with by devising a plan which involves killing kuromasu(honey wasp leader) that bitch
arrgh there was so many unanswered questions such as at the summer camp where satoru and saki have to escape the queerat tribe, you find out how they survive but not everyone else like seriously i doubt they were waiting at that river for a day.
