Anime Relations: Toaru Kagaku no Railgun
I am in love with Railgun right now. Misaka Mikoto has got to be my all time favorite Female Lead. She's so "moe~". xD

Wooo... such a good day of updated animes. This season is especially fun filled since there are many great new animes starting. I'm already in love with Bakuman., MM!, Star Driver, My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute, and many more.

I'll provide a real blog after I finish updating myself on these.

This entry's gonna be super short. It's just gonna be a quick confession.

Today, I saw To Aru Majutsu No Index II was out... I realized I was supposed to watch Railgun ages ago, recommended by a friend of mine.

Tonight, I will finish both Season 1 of Index and the Railgun side-story...

Sleep... I will miss you.

Yo, another touch up on my bloggity blog blog. I guess I can talk about what I'm looking for in an anime. Like the good ol' stuff.

First, animation quality. I cannot stand watching anime's that look like they're made from the 1970s. Although I'm pretty sure there are many great anime's made from that time or after with the same feel and look to it, I just can't stand it. I need to have crisp lines and solid colors. Like for example, Dragon Ball is pushing it a bit but that's because I loved watching it as a kid. But anime's like Detective Conan are a bit too old fashioned. I know this is a serious bias and flaw I have but it's a curse I must live with.

Second, drawing quality. The first mentioned was just animations, how well the anime was made, how the colors are, how the frames move vividly. This second one, however, is strictly drawing quality. Again, this is another serious bias and fatal flaw of mine, but there is nothing I can do about it. I cannot stand eyes that seem too big, out of place, or ill-drawn. I seriously could not watch/read an episode/chapter of Fruits Basket because of this. Their faces were too squashed and their eyes too weird for me. Some anime adaptations are drawn differently from the manga stem. This sometimes helps me stand watching the anime.

Thirdly, character development. This doesn't necessarily mean plot. It means the anime is developing the characters constantly with each episode. By developing, I mean we learn more about the characters or the character(s) make progress toward their final goal. Learning like one little fact does not count. That files into the "filler" category, in which I absolutely hate. But other then that, I'm easily amused as well. So any type of character development will satisfy me.

Fourth(ly?), plot. Enough said? Do I need to elaborate? An anime has to have some type of story line, or final goal for me to watch it (unless of course it's K-ON or Lucky Star, most entertaining character developing animes ever).

Fifth(ly? Man I don't even care anymore), voice acting. Oh my god, please do not sound like a freaking mouse or an unnaturally high pitched girl or a retarded-ly annoying male support. Take for example, Primula from Shuffle!, both the Japanese and the English version. I can't say anymore about it. Other then that, if you sound like a decent human being or characters are playing their parts correctly, I'm fine with it.

Six (fuck the -ly), music. Music is an added bonus. This category isn't too critical. I will watch a great anime even if the music does suck. I love good intros and greater outros. If neither is great, I usually just end up skipping them to get right to it. Great fight music is also an added bonus.

Seven, now here's where I get more personal and talk about what genres I'm looking for. Ehhh... actually I'll save that for the next bloggity blog blog. See you guys next time! :D

Yo, this is my first blog entry. Kinda obvious but ya, I guess I can touch on a few things here. I love anime, I love watching it. I completely just engulf myself with it and can keep myself entertained for days on end.

It all started when my friend first introduced me to Ichigo 100%, the manga. I was hooked on that thing so freaking quick. I mean ya I knew about Love Hina from a different friend but that was a completely different story. With Ichigo 100%, I was online constantly, reading chapter to chapter, trying to get as much as I could in a day. I'd go to sleep and wake up early just to continue reading. But as I read, I found more mangas to read at the time. As I read more, I realized there were animes based off the mangas so I decided to check it out.

After checking out a few animes, I stopped reading a lot of the mangas just because I enjoyed the anime a little better then reading. I mean ya there are still those mangas that will always be better then their anime counterpart but overall I enjoyed watching rather then reading the story.

So that's how it all began. I guess I can continue on with my anime adventures another time. :D
