I don't think I have any recommendations to give you rn, but I'd like to point you to the ANN search-anime-by-genre system. I'm pretty sure there is an "incest" tag in there, as well as a "teacher-student romance" one. Good luck!

Between close cousins is Elfen lied, but it is a sad anime with too much gore...otherwise plot is a work of genius |

I'd suggest Koi Kaze as well as Boku wa Imouto no Koi wo Suru for the sibling stuff.Not much of a romance fan myself but if you browse and/or post in the recommendation forum I'm sure someone else will throw some others your way. |
