Dropped Anime
Anime Relations:
Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z
Most of the time when I drop an anime, I probably dropped it while it was airing, and I either didn't catch up with airing schedule, or I wasn't invested to keep watching. Sometimes I might come back, but mostly I keep it dropped.
Dropped Seasonal anime:
Akebi-chan no Sailor-fuku (7/12) - Winter 2022
- lost interest
Baraou no Souretsu (8/24) - Winter 2022
-was interested in an intersex main character. dropped the manga. Lost interest in the anime.
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal (3/26) - Summer 2014
- this show had a weird bi-weekly airing schedule. So I either got bored, or I lost track of the airing schedule.

- I read and enjoyed the manga. But I didn't get around to watching past the first episode.
Deatte 5-byou de Battle (6/12) - Summer 2021
- while watching, I read the manga. So it felt redundant to watch the anime.
Deca-Dence (1/12) - Summer 2020
- I liked the first episode. But I never got around to watching the rest.
Deep Insanity: The Lost Child (4/12) - Fall 2021
- Very boring. It was kinda interesting to see how an anime would be adapted from a video game. Like this was probably where the fight scene starts, this was a cut scene etc. Mostly boring and lame.
Dolls' Frontline (2/12) - Winter 2022
- Another video game anime. Apparently it had great lore for a gacha game, and the theme song was great. But it wasn't enough to keep me invested.
Fantasy Bishoujo Juniku Ojisan to (8/12) - Winter 2022
- might come back to later
Futsal Boys!!!!! (1/12) - Winter 2022

Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja (2/12) - Winter 2022

- watched the first season. Didn't get around to watching past the first episode. Will probably get back to after it finishes airing.

- I liked the idea of an anime about an art club. Then I watched a video complaining that other shows have done the concept much better.
Koroshi Ai (1/12) - Winter 2022
- was interested in watching seeing every single Winter 2022 anime. But kinda boring, animation was lame, lots of sexual harrassment.

- might come back to. Might not.

- lost track of airing schedule, especially since there are 93 episodes.
Ousama Ranking (20/23) - Fall 2021
- might come back to later.

- I liked Part 1. Part 2 was a little boring. I forgot about watching it as it aired.
Yakusoku no Neverland 2nd Season (5/12) - Winter 2021
- Around episode 5, the anime skips around the source material, and it gets bad. Like from an 8/10 score to a 5/10. So I just decided to read the rest of the manga.
Some anime are listed as dropped, for lack of a better term
Legend of Duo
- This is a shitty looking cellphone anime. I think I watched a funny voice over video which only featured the first episode.
Monster High: Kowa-ike Girls
- These were online Japanese advertisements for the Monster Dolls. I didn't really watch it as a series, more for novelty.
Nihon Animator Mihonichi
- I really only watched the "ME!ME!ME!" and "Girl~" music videos on their own on YouTube. So I don't know much about the rest of the collection.
Space☆Dandy 2nd Season
- I never even watched the first season, but I found the "All is All" song listed on YouTube. So I watched the one episode for context. So I didn't really drop it in a traditional context.
And sometimes I watch an anime and get bored while watching it.
Dropped anime:
Aoi Hana (2/11)
- The same mangaka for Aoi Hana wrote Wondering Son, which I loved. So I attempted to read this manga, but it was boring. I attempted to watch the anime, but it was boring.
Blue Drop: Tenshi-tachi no Gikyoku (3/13)
- I confused this as an adaptation of the manga "Blue Drop: Tenshi no Bokura", which was a gender bender. This anime had no gender-bending in it.
Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z (3/52)
- Mostly watched for fun, to see how an anime based on a childhood cartoon would work. Wasn't invested enough to watch the rest.
Highschool of the Dead (1/12)
- I watched a parody video of the Anime intro on YouTube. The anime intro was so cool and sounded awesome. When I found the first episode on YouTube, it was kinda boring and lame.
Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de (7/12)
- I watched this anime for its iconic scene- "I don't understand!". Watched out of context, it looks like a pink anime girl screams at this edgy, pretentious chuunibyou boy. That scene was fantastic. I was also interested since it was Studio Trigger, who did Kill la Kill. But after I got to the scene, I dropped the anime.
Kämpfer (3/12)
- Another gender-bender anime. It was kinda novel and amusing at first, but got stale real fast.
Love Live! School Idol Project (9/13)
- I watched this series as well Madoka Magica on a Crunchyroll trial. Either the trial expired before I completed the series, or I just got bored after a while.
Lucky☆Star (1/24)
- The theme song is iconic. Some anime YouTuber praised the series. But the first episode, the girls spend the entire time talking about mundane shit I wasn't interested in.
Maicching Maichiko-sensei (2/95)
- I think TV tropes listed this as an early example of an ecchi series. I saw that Crunchyroll placed the series on their catalog. The novelty wore off very quickly.
Maria Holic (2/12)
- An anime featuring a crossdressing dude. The theme song is amazing. But overall, the dude was kinda mean-spirited and I got bored listening to explanations of Catholicism.
Mirai Nikki (19/26)
- I watched the theme song to this and Watamote at the same time. The theme song was amazing. I was originally kinda invested in the anime, but they changed the theme song, and the novelty wore off.
Mo Dao Zu Shi Q (1/30)
- I watched the original donghua and enjoyed it. But these comedic shorts weren't that funny.
New Game! (2/12)
- Some YouTuber praised this series. But I watched it, and I just couldn't believe that a video game studio would hire some girl out of High school. She didn't even know how to do CGI modeling. I lost interest.
Nichijou (10/26)
- The theme song is iconic. There are so many funny clips from this show. But it got exhausting watching sketch after sketch after sketch. This made it difficult to binge, and I never bothered to finish the series.
Piano (2/10)
- Some illegal anime site had this show at the front of the page. It was some generic slice-of-life about a girl who learns piano from this older handsome mean teacher. Overall, very boring.

-Initially interested in a gender-bender anime. But it had too many episodes, and i wasn't invested enough to watch all of them.

- I love BL, but the age gap was super creepy.
Try Knights (2/12)
- A video about the worst anime of 2019(?) showcased these hilariously evil rival team. Like literal Knights of the table, LARP and everything. Two episodes in, they haven't appeared. It's just boring bad.
Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii (4/12)
- liked the OP. Liked the fujoshi and otaku characters. But I was learning Japanese at the time, and this website had Japanese subtitles for anime. So I watch an episode with Japanese subtitles, I don't understand shit, I get bored. And I never bothered to watch the rest.
WWW .Working!! (1/13)
I complete the original Working!! anime, and I get to this spin off series. None of the same characters, none of the same charm or humor.
Here's the end of my list. Might update later if I drop more shows or if I decide to pick them back up.
