favourite anime openings, no particular order --

Aldnoah.Zero
Season 1 OP is heavenly blue by Kalafina and season 2 OP is &Z by SawanoHiryoki[nZk]:miyuki. Both are really good songs and have really good visuals imo, and I never skipped them when I was watching the anime.

Blood-C -- spiral by DUSTZ
It's pretty cool, and really, you can't go wrong with CLAMP, action, and vampires (at least as far as I'm concerned).

Darker Than Black -- HOWLING by Abingdon Boys School
I really love the first opening for this anime. Not as much as a fan of the second. But the second season's OP, Tsukiakari no Michishirube by Stereopony gets a special mention.

Darling in the Franxx -- KISS OF DEATH by Mika Nakashima x Hyde
You can't tell me that isn't epic. I love the visuals and the music. And Zero Two is bae.

ef ~a tale of melodies~ -- ebullient future by ELISA
The ef series is pretty different in that the opening for each episode is a little different, though they all use the same music. The last OP is probably the prettiest, though they're all pretty good, honestly.

Inu x Boku SS -- Nirvana by MUCC
It's a good song and a good OP. I'm running out of steam here. I like the visuals, okay? And the music. Yeah. Much information, very enlightening.

Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai -- Metamorphose by Yoko Takahashi
I mean, it's pretty cool and it's nice how the singer doesn't have a squeaky voice like in most songs. Tbh, I need to rewatch this anime at some point, I don't remember a lot.

Nabari no Ou -- CRAWL by VELTPUNCH
Man, I love this OP, and it makes me nostalgic because I read the manga after watching the anime, and the manga is pretty amazing. Will forever be salty that the anime took away Miharu's ability to perform ninjutsu.

Ookami to Koushinryou -- Tabi no Tochuu by Kiyoura Natsumi
This OP always makes me feel calm and serene. Also, Holo ❤❤❤

Owari no Seraph
Season 1 OP is X.U. by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]:Gemie and season 2 OP is Two souls -toward the truth- by fripSide. I like the first OP a little more than the second, though they're both pretty good. Unfortunately the anime is a little more on the average side, and the manga's writing has been going downhill. I'm really only reading because I've gotten attached to a few characters by this point.

Psycho-Pass -- Out of Control by Nothing’s Carved in Stone
The OP visuals and music are both pretty epic. I actually prefer this opening over the second one.

Sankarea -- Esoragoto by nano.RIPE
Who knew that zombies could be cute? Well, they are, and this anime is so adorable tbh. Kinda reminds me of Kimi ni Todoke, weirdly enough. Also, Chihiro has cat ears. You cannot go wrong with cat ears.

Slayers -- Get Along by Masami Okui and Megumi Hayashibara
Great OP, great music, great characters, Slayers is fantastic and I really should get around to watching the rest.

Soul Eater -- Resonance by T.M. Revolution
I may not have watched the anime, but I read the manga, and love it. I also love this OP, and you can't stop me.
