Some of my favorite Japanese performers that aren't necessarily connected to anime theme songs.
* Shigeru Matsuzaki
- Saling Love . Check out Matsuzaki's special moves in this video. His delight due to being surrounded by so many pretty ladies is overflowing and Miss Japan is also having some fun in the background.
* Wada Akiko
- Old diary (furui nikki) . Akiko's rough voice and the funky melody just blow you away. This song was also in the movie "La La La at Rock Bottom (2015)".
- Free Soul .
* Alice
- Champion . The original is by Tanimura Shinji. This spiffy version was also in the incredibly funny karaoke scene in Hajime no Ippo.
* Hirota Mieko
- Shanson Afureru Ningyo.
