Starting a new club probably
I'm trying to think up of all the characters that have some sort of multiple personality.
Whether it is internal or comes from sharing a body it still counts.
So Far I can think up of Kagura and Hatsuharu with their dark/light personalities from Fruits Basket, Moka and Inner Moka from Rosario + Vampire, Aya and Ceres from Ayashi no Ceres. I'm sure there are a ton more but I forget.

Also. Yu-gi-oh. Yugi and Bakura, at least (possession by the spirits of the Millenium Items).

I totally forgot about Hotaru and Mistress 9. Yue and Yukito also count. I've seen some videos with Sakura and Inner Sakura I'll have to look that up. |

I wonder if Katsumi/Evil Katsumi from Silent Mobius (TV) counts. It's because of manipulation (mind control + plain old manipulation) by the bad guys. I don't think the two personalities really coexist for very long though... usually it's one or another. Similarly Chibiusa/Dark Lady from Sailor Moon R. Hotaru/Mistress 9 and her father are clearer possession-induced cases.If possession counts, there's Eerie Queerie. And of course Yukito/Yue from Cardcaptor Sakura. Also at least a couple characters in DNAngel. That's all off the top of my head. |

Lucy may cut it. I'll have to see for Higurashi. It seems like they more snapped than anything else. (Drug induced snap likely since I haven't seen it) but is it a true dual personality. :P
