Synopsis

Tsugumi's visions point to nurse Kanako Sakuragi as Ai's next target. She is kind and sweet, loved by her patients and coworkers. Hajime is unable to find anyone who would have a reason to send her to Hell. But when Kanako is indeed sent there, seemingly for no fault of her own, by an unknown drug addict who commits suicide right after. Hajime and Tsugumi are shaken by such meaningless vengeance. Ai is also shown doubting her job after the request for Kanako, saddened to be ferrying an innocent soul to Hell (Saved by God along with all other children and innocents offscreen.)
