Both Vinland saga season 2 and Megalobox 2 make a 180 from previous season by showing lesser action and more about protagonist understanding themselves and the society they live in. Both take a sombre tone and show a main character dealing with the choices he made in his past and coming into terms with the present
These shows are both 10s for me do to how they develop there protagonists. Well they are different in many ways if you like Vinland saga season 2 and it's style of writing and development you will adore this season. Joe and Thorfins level of development are some of the best in anime and if you just watched season one you would not know. Also season one is good to, not perfect but still a 8/10 but only 12 episodes and leads into a perfect arc. Well a boxing anime the writing and style is similar as they have a great respect for humanity
