Meikyuu Black Company

Isekai shows with similar jokes and character interactions. While Konosuba is more a DnD and isekai parody, Meikyuu Black Company is a black (surprise, yeah?) comedy about the Japanese economy mixed with some SRPG references. Kinji is basically a grown-up evil version of Kazuma. However, Black Company has less fanservice and isn't a harem.
KonoSuba has a similar sense of humour to Meikyuu Black Company, witch both have neet protagonists that befriend people of their new world to work towards a goal. While many isekai fail to create an atmosphere as fun and laid back as KonoSuba, Meikyuu Black Company manages to blow me away with its jokes and plot in a similar yet distinct way from KonoSuba that makes me laugh every time. This anime is a great watch and I'm looking forward to tuning in every week while it airs.

If you liked the comedy in Konosuba you'll probably like it in Black Company.
Kinji has the same power level as Kazuma: absolutely poor from the get go.
And if Kazuma's banter with his companions is fun for you, Kinji's banter with his companions will make you remember this for a while.
They have the similar amount of character development (small arcs)

Both main character is smart and litteraly genius , both got a grup friends full with girls but Meikyuu black company 1 male at the grup . and it has the same vibe but KonoSuba has better Comedy honestly
