Both MCs are willingly pledging their life to demon in order to achieve a goal. While Owari no Seraph characters are aiming for a pure, good-guyish intention, Chainsaw Man's are expecting simple, self-centered goals they're almost relatable.
Both are filled with eye-pleasing visuals, though in quite different way.
