Parody. Both Inferno Cop and Konosuba are top-quality shows in parodying a style that is rather well known in the medium.
Nothing serious, very jesty plays with the general isekai tropes from Konosuba. Inferno Cop is the same but more over the top and surreal so much so that it is more or less being unrealistic content.
This is for the comedy fans who want a real laugh.
