The protagonist travels back in time to the Taisho era and is mistaken for a great grandparent. They fall in love with someone from the time period who thinks they are their ancestor. There are violins and lots of flower backgrounds. There is a similar feeling at the beginning of melancholy covered up by slice of life type comedy.
