Both are very similar. In 14-sai no Koi they are old friends that not show their friendship. In Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou they were separated and when they meet again she gives him a cold side. Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou is very pervy, she gets wet when he touches her. They are in a very awkward state when one hour a day she loss he self control and jumps on him with lust.
Both are good titles though both good Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou more comedy and 14-sai no Koi is more drama.
