There's a host club in both mangas. The girl is in debt with the host club and had to worked for them. Not much similar plots though. Bloodhound focused more on vampire and mystery while Ouran is a comedy, school type manga.

Both are based around host clubs and also Ouran had a spooky club in it as well too and also both have lot of hawt characters as well too and both share very lovely art and some romance in it as well too.
