Both series is about a boy who became a girl and had to deal with difficulties throughout the change.
The stories are extremely similar. In both manga one of the main characters collapses and while they are at the hospital they discover they are genetically female and decide to try living their lives as a girl. When they return to school there are some awkward moments with their friends as they don't quite know how to treat them now that their friendship is becoming more of a romance.
