In Terano-kun to Kumazaki-kun, it's the seme's POV while in Double Face ni wa Kanawanai it's the uke's POV. The uke are likened into animals as well, bear (kuma) for Kumazaki in Terano-kun to Kumazaki-kun and chick for Kaname in Double Face ni wa Kanawanai.
