Adelaide and The Royal Lady with the Lamp (ehh, let's just call it Elise) have the same premise of reincarnation or waking up in an another world.
While Adelaide goes onto a more comedic path, Elise takes it up a notch and decides to add to it a sprinkle of some more serious topics and themes (war, strategy, epidemics and death). Don't get me wrong, it's far from dark, but it is a bit more mentally stimulating and complex. Adelaide if the fun story that you cannot turn away from and Elise is a work that just keeps giving.
