Many similarities including a boy who doesn't want to be alone and has a group of friends, all with special skills. in this case, rakan and yuki both have a special power that is very important, have similar personalities and needs to be protected. in another case, one friend from the group are really protective of the main character. For the plot, both groups from SD and Uragiri are trying to save the world
in all, you get the same feeling for both
Rakan, much like Yuki, is the epitome of innocence, is an orphan, is a high-school student, and has special powers that make him precious and worth protecting. Manga also has creatures called 'ayame' that are very similar to 'duras', and the main guy who is protecting Rakan obviously has feelings for him while Rakan seems somewhat oblivious about it, much like Luka and Yuki.
