Brother-sister incest is the topic of both titles, although OreImo takes a more calm and quasi-serious approach while OniAi is almost exclusively comedy and fanservice. Both involve the pressing question of whether fiction is indeed separate from reality (Kirino's eroge and Akito's novels). Both also feature other girls who, together with the younger sister, form some degree of a harem. Kirino and Akiko are also similar in their iconic perverted-ness.
Both animes follow the concept of little sisters. Though the little sister's personality is flipped in Onii.
Many people may find Onii to be less enjoying compared to the mass favourited Oreimo. You can sense some kind of weird incest sh*t goin on in the title already.
BUT some others can find incest enjoying in anime, therefore you may find the romance you want between the sibling leads that you did not find in Oreimo.

Instead of a conflict and tension between siblings , Oniai is the opposite, the little sister is in love with her brother. while in Ore no Imouto ; the little sister pretty much hates her brother I think. Anyways I think if you like Ore no Imouto you're gunna like this anime.

The story follows two of the main characters (a brother and a sister) who usually have a brother/sister complex throughout the series. It can be either love, hate, or usually annoying when it comes to these complexes. However, deep down, they still care for each other, no matter what they do or wherever they go. Situation arises, when another person (Mostly a girl) got his attention instead of his sister.
Oniai is basically a fan service show where the sister has a brother complex, while Ore no Imouto, the sister is usually a tsundere towards her brother and mostly an otaku girl.
