Both have a similar element of power, Gundams are like the main stands and mobile suits are like the side enemy's stands.
Both have a very cool blond dude who basically controls the narrative and makes unexpected appearances.
Good guys be like 17 or 15 and the bad guys also be like in their 30s or maybe 20s.
Great music.
Great designs for the main instruments of power (Stands/Mobile suits).
Once you watch them, you'll be hooked for life.
