Both don't have any main plot or anything but just some slice-of-life events that happen everyday. There is a little bit of romance and loads of comedy element in both anime which is the main similarity between them! They only differ in the setting; Working!! is in a restaurant, while Kimi to Boku is in school. Not to mention that I love both anime!
