Both are - obviously - Yaoi and both contains ( more or less heavy ) Rape scenes.
( Thought I have to admit that Koi Suru Boukun is more.. hardcore. ^^ )
The art style of both OVAs is quite the same: mild colors, sweet guys. And the main couples look similar in appeareance (a blond long-haired guy + a guy with short darker hair).
I find that both OVA's are really alike. The main characters like their senpais and do "sexual" activities with them in both episodes. Also, since they get their senpais to like them back, as well.
You're going to have to find the details yourself, but one has "sleep-rape" while the other has "very effective drink"
