This show has twintails. Sadly, that's probably not the reason why you would want Koukaku no Pandora, as android lesbians don't equate to super sentai twintail fighters.
What they do have in common, however, is this laid back comedy approach.
These shows aren't taking themselves seriously, which can be an okay factor, but definitely a warning to others whom aren't ready for boring repeating episodes.
Expect some comedy, some bad episodes, ecchi humor and lesbian fun, but nothing too serious and everything with responsibility. If you're into the one, you might get some fun from the other.

* Both of them feels like simplistic SoL comedy/light series..
* Both of them have serious moments, but after several minutes our (NOT) so beloved MC's overrule those...(MC saves the day cliche)
* Character personalities seems to be same...
* Non-hateable antagonists ( seriously, they're just sidekicks to these MC's )
* Slow paced shows....
