Both awesome animes/mangas both are school life/comedy, laughed my ass off when i watched both of em :)
Both School Rumble and Cromartie are extremely funny and random; only for that they both are definitely worth more than one watch! Also, both of the anime have bullies and thugs as central plot element.
And, Harima Kenji (the male protagonist) is very like many of the main characters in Cromartie. He is a silly, weird-ass bully, who acts seriously while doing absolutely stupid things, just like ALL of the characters in Cromartie! And that's what makes those "bullies" so hilarious!

Both series have to do with a crazy school and the hijinks of its students. School Rumble has more of a focus on romance, while Cromartie focuses on the insane scenarios and wacky characters. The main protagonist of each show (Harima in School Rumble and Kamiyama in Cromartie) are pretty aloof and always find themselves in crazy situations. If you enjoy high school comedies, you should give School Rumble and Cromartie High School a try!

They Both are extremely funny and hilarious.
If you are thinking what to watch after School Rumble then Cromartie Highschool is the best choice.
If one delinquent (Harima) can make you laugh that much then imagine what would happen if you watch an anime that is full of nothing but delinquents.

The format is very similar and sit com like, each episode can be watched independently, regardless of the overall plot (which doesn't really exist anyway).
Both animes are also about pretty stupid characters in completely absurd and hilarious situations.
Sakikage is the closest thing I've seen to School Rumble (yet), so if you like one, chances are you'll like the other too.
