Ouran is about a girl who ends up pretending to be a guy while Tenshi na Konamaiki is about a girl who used to be a guy, until a curse turned him into a girl. Both are hilariously funny series' about friendship with a touch of romance. Both have many heartwarming moments as well as crazy hi-jinks.
The characters in both also have similarities since they are parodies of commonly seen types of characters that at the same time are very lovable and dynamic. Ouran has the prince-type, the cool-type, the quiet one, the lolita, and the mischievous "boy's love" twins.

Well they some similarities, ouran is about a girl pretending to be a guy to pay off his debt to the host club and tenshi na konamaiki is about a boy who got turned into a girl by magic.both heroine got some idiotic guys fallen in love with them making even more idiotic things...
they are both really fun to watch, so if you liked one of these you will also like the other one!

Both of the main characters aren't exactly normal female characters. In Ouran Koukou Host Club, Haruhi doesn't really care about appearances as a women and in Tenshi na Konamaiki Megumi doesn't want to become more feminine.
Both are very funny and certainly will be enjoyable if you found Tenshi na Konamaiki enjoyable.
