both are ecchi romcom anime from the early 2000s featuring a boy who gets stuck with a girl who persistently chases for him. the romantic development in both animes is very cute, with the boy slowly warming up to the girl and realizing his true feelings.
i think midori no hibi is just like rizelmine, but with fewer ecchi jokes.
