both start off with a happy day and then somthing happens and the main character ends up getting a power but in Pandora hearts the power is not used to take over the world.Lloyd remineds me of Break and I love both anime and hate none of the characters in both

in both series, the main character forms a "contract" with a girl in order to save something and also help the girl to do a favor, in order for her wish to come true. also the voices for both of the girls sound very similar even though they were not done by the same seiyuu. but if you liked either one, I'm sure you'll like the other ^^

the main characters made a contract towards a chain (pandora hearts) and a woman who is immortal (code geass)

Both series shares characters that form contracts with a woman and use said powers to figure out what is going on and stop the bad guys and also both share a dark feel to them as well too.
