I think Dorohedoro and the JoJo series are quite similar, not only due to the bizarre circumstances the characters always find themselves in, but also due to the unique way they combine comedy and horror. Colorful art, zany characters, and a thrilling and action-packed story, make these two anime share a similar vibe.

Dorohedoro is one of the few anime that i would consider similar to Jojo, because both have a unique art style, are very bizarre, have gore and some comedy.
