They are both about some sort of creature (Titans and Zombies) ruled or somewhat controlled by an advanced version of those creatures (Dio and The Female Titan/The Colossal Titan). It also has great characters.

Directed by the same individual, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a wacky, thrilling, bloody Shounen/Seinen with a surprisingly strong resemblance to Attack on Titan.
You may be hesitant to dive into this unrealistic mess, but let me tell you. This is similar to Attack on Titan. This is harsh. Characters die. People suck. Cruel world with a tragic story. If you like Attack on Titan, you will likely enjoy JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as well.

JoJo is really good for any anime watcher but AoT fans I think will have a blast watching it because of how crazy it is. I mean if you like AoT I think you like chaos.
