Similarities:
Both involves pesky girl who transferred to the guy's school.
Both involves the same pesky girl who turns guy's life upside down.
Both have the same school, romance, comedy and harem genre.
Dissimilarities:
The pesky girl in one anime is highly talented, but an airhead while the girl in the other anime is domineering and a manipulative.
The harem genre in one anime is a 2 way competition........of sorts (co'z it doesn't look like there is) between the airhead girl and the guy's classmate. While in the other anime's harem genre has a 4 way competition.

The character personalities are very similar.
Eita is more or less like like Sorata in terms of how they react to things; Masuzu isn't really like Mashiro but she takes the place of the female transfer student; Chiwa is like Misaki because both of them are full of energy but still have their serious moments; and I haven't read the manga but I believe Himeka is to be like Nanami, one sided love and what not.
The artwork is somewhat the similar as well. Setting mainly at a school.
However, although OreShura has only released 4 episodes, I think Sakurasou is more emotional.

Both of these animes are similar on a number of points
-1st they are both animes about awkward love or people who are hopeless when it comes to understanding love
-2nd the art style of both and the sounds are fairly similiar
-3rd and last is the fact that the characters are somewhat similiar like the best friend and the sempai due to the fact that they are both energetic an free spirited

Both Anime are very similar in style, though Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo definitely is better executed.
In both shows, there is some sort of problem with all the protagonists, and also, the guy in the middle (Sorata & Ei-kun), both experience changes to their lives throughout the shows.
Also, both anime feature girls that are rather active than quiet, both shows guarantee active-living students at their peaks.
Both are mainly harem, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo has a better story in my opinion, but both are similar, OreShura is more going to harem and comedy while Sakurasou develops more the characters and has more serious scenes.
