Both stories revolve around a pair of rather carefree high-school students groups. These clubs are focused on doing fun activities (role-playing in chuunibyou, baseball and missions in LB). Both shows have similar types and balance of comedy and drama. There are also characters whose problem quite similar, although in Little Busters the number of characters with various problems are more than in Chuunibyou.
