Both of these animes are bizarre. The authors and creators have gone out of their way to come up with a plot-line that really makes you think. Neither if these are for the faint of heart and some of the scenes are NOT children friendly. Highly recommend both of these for a student of the psychological and horrific. I've had to re-watch both these animes at least once to attempt to wrap my head around them and I may have to back to them again.
If you are looking for a light-hearted comedy or feel good anime, these are not them.
