Yuri Yuri is basically this anime but with a larger production value. If the this short had a larger production, I feel both of these shows would be extremely similar.
One of the main characters in Yuru Yuri Toshinou Kyouko also has the same voice actor as Azuki in this short. Azuki and Kyouko both have the same sort of quirky personality. All in all, Yuru Yuri is basically this anime but with a larger budget.
