Both have a guy/girl attending to a school that was once all guys/girls. That's pretty much it. The plots are pretty different...there is romance though. 

They both contain the male lead to be gynophobic (Fear of Females) and still end up surrounded by girls which they would rather not be near. These 2 manga's are also both incredibly funny. 

In both stories, the main male protagonists suffer from a rather severe case of gynophobia or "fear of females". The two stories mostly deal with the protagonist trying (or being helped, as it is in Mayo Chiki) to overcome their condition via "shock therapy", i.e. sudden social contact with females. Both stories also have a popular, rich girl who plays a major role in the story, especially in the case of Zettai Joousei.
