Volume 1
1. Jet Coaster
There is a mysterious group of people who inflict cruel and fatal games on people for their own amusement. Tatsuya and Misa are out on a date in an amusement park when they wander into one of these horrific competitions on the tallest roller coaster on earth. The seats fall out of their 12-person roller coaster car, and they are told that the game will end when all but one person has fallen to their death. Will the passengers be able to find a way to escape the competition? Will there be any retribution against the orchestrators of this sick crime?

2. Urn
There is a rumor going around of a cursed urn which contains the ashes of a pregnant woman who was murdered by her husband. It is said that spreading these ashes over someone will cause them to die of insanity. Mitsuko is determined to use these ashes to settle a personal vendetta and sets out to the graveyard that contains the urn. Her childhood friend Eri, worried about Mitsuko, decides to accompany her. When the two find the gravestone housing the urn, Eri starts to get a bad feeling. What is it that awaits the two?

3. Soccer
Dark Soccer. It's played just like the original game aside from the fact that players wield katanas and must cut off their opponents heads to use as a game ball. In this game killing is not a crime and the reward for competing is a huge sum of cash. Addicts, the debt-ridden and others in need of money flock to participate and among the ranks is Morita, a lone and determined girl who will soon play in her first match. What would make her play such a deadly game? Will she be able to survive the dangers from not only her opponents but her own teammates?

Volume 2
4. 8.1
Mai and her friends sneak out at night to get a good scare from a ghostly tunnel. Rumor has it that a couple had killed and abandoned an unwanted baby in the tunnel but the corpse was never found. As the group enters, they are unaware that something awaits them, and with the arrival of Mai it just might be able to finally get what it wants.

5. Picture Mail
Bored with life, desensitized Teru spends his days in his messy apartment fixated on his rather morbid hobby; taking pictures of things no one else wants to see. Car accidents, animal corpses and dissected insects are just a part of those things that Teru likes to capture with his cell phone. Yet, there's something he longs to obtain for his viewing pleasure: pictures of human corpses. One day, Teru gets his chance to take his grisly photos, but an encounter will lead to a rather unexpected turn of events...

6. Brake
Another cruel game is initiated when Motohasji Takanobu awakens behind the wheel of an automobile speeding down a long narrow road. A monitor in the car displays his captive childhood friend Ayaka, and through a microphone he can hear her cries as well as her captors. He is told that to save Ayaka he will have to complete a 20km course. However if he uses the brakes even once, she will be gassed to death. Furthermore, his heart rate is connected to the car's accelerator, so any increases to that (such as nervousness or excitement) will permanently speed up the car. Just what kind of deadly obstacles await Takanobu? Can he survive and save Ayaka and himself?
