Both are for mature audiences. Both are Yaoi. Both are focused around vampires. Both have a dhampir(human with ancestry of a vampire+human union) & vampire romance/relationship. Both have dhampirs that have aspects that weaken a vampires defenses. Both make a reference of vampires consuming roses for a blood substitute.

Both have BL, in Nekrateholic there's this vampire who plays a game of tag with a dhampir. In cut the're these two guys, each have their own problems but along the way, they get to know each other and start hanging out.
